This policy explains what information we collect when you visit bignetllc.com or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Information you give us. When you contact us through the site or by email, we receive the name, email address, company, and message you choose to send.
• Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider may record standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps) to operate and secure the site. We do not run advertising trackers.
• Payment information. If you become a client, payments are processed by a third-party processor (such as Stripe). We do not store full card numbers on our systems; the processor's privacy policy governs that data.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry and provide services you request.
• To operate, secure, and improve the site.
• To send service-related communications. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Service providers

We use reputable providers for hosting, email, payments, and accounting. Messages sent through our contact form are delivered to our inbox and recorded in our own Google Workspace account. Providers process data only to provide those services to us and under their own confidentiality and security obligations.

YouTube content and Google API Services

BigNet uses YouTube API Services to publish and manage videos on BigNet-owned YouTube channels. By using any feature of our services that interacts with YouTube, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Use of YouTube data is also governed by the Google Privacy Policy.

• What we access. Our internal publishing tool accesses only YouTube channels owned and operated by BigNet LLC, through Google OAuth authorization granted by BigNet's own account. We access channel identifiers, channel titles, and the videos, titles, descriptions, thumbnails, and privacy settings that we upload. We do not access, collect, or store data about YouTube viewers or any third party's YouTube account.
• How we use and store it. This information is used solely to upload and manage BigNet's own videos. Authorization tokens are stored on BigNet's secured internal systems and are never sold, shared, or disclosed to third parties.
• Revoking access and deletion. Authorization can be revoked at any time through the Google security settings page. On revocation, or on request to info@bignetllc.com, we delete stored authorization tokens and associated YouTube API data within 7 days.

Retention and security

We keep inquiry and client records as long as needed for the purpose collected and as required by law, then delete or anonymize them. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards; no method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing info@bignetllc.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and as required by applicable law. Our site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
